Trial Expired?

I used the free trial of HoneyDew and LOVED it! So I purchased it and now I can't get it to work. My PIN and activation code all match up and say active, but the device won't recognize. HELP!

Now I'm getting this message from the site:

Not enough open licenses to activate PIN ******, please deactivate a current device to activate it.

Did that, still nothing.

Hi there,

For these it's usually easier to talk via email so we can share personal data. Can you shoot me an email using the 'Email Developer' menu item? Send me your PIN[s] and codes and I can look it up from my end and see what's going on.
