1.15: 2 weather problems

1) I selected "current", but I get the "forecasted" icon on the homescreen.
2) The current conditions uses mph, but I selected metrics

I haven't adjusted the wind thing yet since that actually comes to me as a textual description. At some point I'll parse it out and fix it, but probably not until after the main release.
Icon thing should be fixed in 0.1.16, let me know if not.
