Hi Jim,

A couple of users have noticed this, but I haven't discovered any sort of pattern. What model and OS are you running?

Hi Jim,

So I just tried on that OS and phone, and it comes out the speakerphone, so I may need some help narrowing it down to see what causes it. Can you try rebooting your phone (pulling the battery), then go into your alarm and choose 'Try it' before doing anything else and see if it comes out the speakerphone?

Let me know...

OK, so what is the first rule when something doesn't work right on a BB? Battery Pull! Works like a champ!

Thanks!

:) Yeah, I wish that wasn't an answer, but with media on the BB, especially CDMA phones, it generally fixes it.
