Creating popup menu

Running a Bold 9000, 4.6.0.247 and VT 1.0.4beta (registered).
I seem to be having trouble creating a popup menu by clicking the trackball. VT will let me create one, no problems, but I cannot add anything using the trackball click with "Add Menu Item" highlighted. If I highlight and press my enter key though, it's fine.
Just to let you know more than anything!
