Really Convenient Keys won't work

I cannot seem to get any of the convenient keys to do what they are supposed to do. It will not work at all when locked no matter how many times I tried hitting the button. Also trying with it unlocked. Nothing.

I have been unable to get any of the keys to work with that function. Any idea?

Bold 9000 on AT&T running OS 5.0.0.411

Seems to be a common issue, I must be missing something there. I'm downloading a bunch of simulators for various devices and OSes to see what's going on. Thanks for letting me know.

Nope, sorry, there have been many reports of this one. Keep hunting, I'm sure there are tons left to find.

In the same boat here. I tried my holding right conv key to launch video and left dbl to launch my VT Alarms. Neither one worked for me. Tried rebooting to no avail.

Ok, I'll likely need to log stuff for this one and have you send them to me, but right now it's not logging any of the keypresses, so it'll have to wait for the next beta...

Running on an 8350i OS 4.6.1.313 same problem, none of the shorcuts work. One question. This phones left convience key has always been for PTT as it is a Nextel model. The phone itself gives no option for changing that. Will this app be able to override that and allow use to that key for us Nextel BB users?

Can you try version 0.1.4 and see if the keys work? If not can you send me a copy and paste of your logs? (Menu->Show Logs from the main app). Hopefully that'll help me track it down for everyone.

cartersball: Hmm, I'm not sure it will override the nextel thing. I think the only option there is to delete the push-to-talk app altogether.
