End Key and "Take a Picture" feature

Hi, I'm not sure if this has been addressed yet but didn't see a post for this.

When I press the END/Power key on my Verizon Tour 9630 from the home screen there's a popup menu that has:

Search Wikipedia
Search Goodle
Take a Picture

When I try to "Take a Picture" it says: Error taking picture: javax.microedition.media.MediaException:Requested format not supported.
Then followed up by: When taking a picture getSnapshot returned null
