Home screen shortcuts display incorrect name

Home screen shortcuts for weather and tip calculator are displaying on the home screen with the title versatoollauncherx. Not sure what caused this, but it has somehow fixed itself. I will keep my eyes open to see if I can see what triggered the name change, and then the name chance back to the proper name.
