Auto Reply on Call?

Is this even possible? I migrated from a Palm Centro and when I was in a meeting or seminar, I had my phone on vibrate or silent, but if I saw that I had a call, I could send a text reply (from the incoming screen page) which had a pre-selected text saying I was busy and to call later for example.

Is it possible to set under Message Type: Incoming Call

That way I could go in before a meeting, enable Auto Reply and all incoming calls would get that Canned Response.
