Podtrapper FAQ

I really enjoy the Podtrapper application and it is my favorite now. Is there a FAQ or user guide available? Can you tell me what the differences are in the placement of the numbers on the podcast menu? The left ones look like downloaded, but there can be two sets? That is where I get confused.

No, no user manual yet, I plan on putting up a youtube walkthrough eventually, I just haven't gotten around to it yet.
