Skip ahead when holding volume up

I can't find this anywhere in the Wiki or the settings, but for some reason PT skips ahead (the "a lot" option) when I hold down the up volume key. It skips back ("a lot") when I hold the down volume key. Is this intended? Is there a way to turn this off?

Details in sig.

This is actually controlled by the OS. Holding the volume up sends the equivalent of the bluetooth 'next track' button. I could put a setting in there to ignore it, but I'm not sure how many people would use it. Is it causing problems?

Well, sometimes I'm holding the up volume during a video podcast because I don't have the volume indicator showing. I can also just press it several times instead of holding it down. Is there a place to turn it off in the Blackberry settings?

No, it's an OS-level media key. I can override it when PodTrapper has the focus, but when PT is in the background it'll always send 'next track'.

Alright, I'll just deal with it.

On a mostly unrelated issue, can we get more resolution in the volume steps? It feels like there are fewer increments in volume since the Android port. There are times when I legitimately feel that one step is too loud and the other is too quiet with no middle ground available.

Sure, I can definitely adjust those on the low end.
