Nocturnal Podacast Hard Reboots Storm

Hi,

When trying to listen to the Nocturnal podcast http://www.nocturnalradio.org/podcast/nocturnal.xml (which is in M4A format), the Storm shows some sort of error very quickly and reboots, taking several minutes to restore. Other M4A podcasts seem to play fine and the Nocturnal podcast plays fine on my Zune. Any suggestions?

Are you seeing this problem with both the Storm Media Player and Podtrapper?

It happens both places. Play in BBMP does the same reboot.

Unfortunately if it happens in BBMP there's not much I can do

PodTrapper uses the media player built into the blackberry, which I don't have any control over (yet). There may be some point in the future that I implement some custom audio decoding, but that point is probably very very far in the future.

It could, though, just be an issue with the download of a particular episode. Does it happen with all episodes of that podcast?

Yep, seems to happen to all of the episodes for that one podcast. I'll try and submit a problem to Blackberry and see if they can fix it.
