PodTrapper Desktop Downloader: "Invalid pointer"

New postby EliezerB on Thu May 12, 2011 7:10 am

When I plug in my BB to the USB, all the PodTrapper Desktop Downloader says is "Invalid pointer". My BB prompts me for a password to access the media card (like it always does when I plug it in via USB) - and whether I enter it (which gets me into Media Card Mode - or whatever it's called) or whether I cancel - PodTrapper Desktop Downloader just keep writing "Invalid pointer" over and over to the screen.

What am I doing wrong?

Thanks,
Eliezer

Hmm, and just to confirm, the BB Desktop manager is installed on your machine, right? What OS are you running?
