Can't use EXPORT feature

New postby EliezerB on Mon May 16, 2011 12:26 pm

For some reason, my BES service doesn't support emailing myself the
PodTrapperExport.xml
backup file that is (attempted to be) sent through the "export" feature. When I attempt to do so, I get an error:
Email service does not support these types of attachments. Change the Send Using field or remove the attachments.

Is there an alternative to this? Will manually copying certain PotTrapper files via USB do the same thing? If so, which files, please?

Thanks!

Hmm, right now there's not another solution. I'll see about adding an export to a file on the SD card instead.

No, there's no plan xml version of the podcast list on the SD card.

How about the "BACKUP" files? Can that serve the same purpose?

No, unfortunately without email there's no way to get the OPML out of PT. Can you set up a BIS email account temporarily to send it?
