New user having problems

I am new to this app, I got the Blackberry Storm and I am trying to download the Brian Lehrer podcast show. This is the URL I have for it, http://www.wnyc.org/rss/show.py?show=bl

Is that the right URL? Because it is not working. It keeps saying Paused no coverage available. but my cellular coverage is good here in NYC, I download and watch streaming youtube videos with no problems, so am I doing something wrong?
