"move to top" functionality in download queue

...seems to create multiple copies of whatever was at the top of the queue.

i have a pretty lengthy queue and i was trying to move some of the smaller episodes in order to get some stuff downloaded before my commute. i did this for about 5 episodes.

now the item that was at the top of the list appears between each of the ones that i moved (all at the top of the list - like this:
current download:
A

current queue:
B
A
C
A
D
A
E
F
G

...
all of the "A"s show the same % downloaded, so my hope is that when it gets to each A, it sees it's already downloaded and just removes it from the queue. actually, i'll delete one of the A's and see what happens:

ok, when i canceled the 3rd A on the list, it removed all the A's from the list.

pretty sure this is a bug

Yeah, it shouldn't allow the same download in the list multiple times, and I thought I fixed it, but apparently not. At any rate, it shouldn't hurt anything, since the first time it sees one it'll start, and it'll skip items in the list that are already finished.

I'll keep looking in to why it happens, though.
