Are there keyboard shortcuts yet?

Great program -- have been looking for this for a long time.

Hi mcnock,

There are a couple, but probably not enough. Do you have some ideas for good ones and I'll put them in today?

Here's the current list:
T takes you to the top of the podcast list
Clicking the trackball when the progress meter is selected when viewing an episode play/pauses

That's a remarkably short list :)

Some others I will add today are:

Space anywhere will play/pause the currently highlighted episode
B goes to the bottom of the list
Del prompts to delete the currently selected item

Plus anything I hear back about. They're super easy to add, so just let me know.

Thanks, for the feedback, I'm glad you like it.

First, awsom programmer. I code for a living, and you hit the use case on the head. Great styel.

space to stop start is good

easy to remember

f - fastfoward once (your triple arrow key)

b - back once (your triple arrow back key)

n - next pod cast in series (your next arrow key)

p - previous pod cast in series (you previous arrow key)

o (+) volumn up

i (-) volumn down

What does the double arrow do?

Also the the orange blue green is very hard to see in sunlight - it's a high color contrast - but low light dark contrast. I am color blind and really have to focus.

Well, when I first wrote it, the two arrows were set to skip 5 seconds each direction (which worked fine in the simulator). On an actual blackberry, however, the media player doesn't give me that much control, so it ends up not really doing anything. :/ It kinda slides around the current spot in the file instead. On my todo list is to adjust both sets of arrows to use times that the media player is happy with, and allow for rapid pressing to skip a long way in the file.

I'll get your keyboard shortcuts in in the next couple of days, keep the suggestions coming :)

You're talking about the media buttons with the orange/blue/green, right? If so I'll get that changed, would it be better if the arrows were white or black?

For color, lightblue/darkblue/white seems to offer color interest with good white/black differentiation (ie contast)

Thinking about it, I have noticed having contrasting colors on the color wheel (red blue) (green red) with equal grey values, in close proximity (ie text and small graphics) sort of "dazel' my eyes so much I can resolve them very well.

But I have mild make color blindness..

Again, great programing.

Hi mcnock,

The newest version (1.1.2) fixes the colors a bit to make them more contrasty. Can you let me know if they fix the issue?
