One of the big features in Android 2.2/FroYo is the ability to transfer apps to and to run them from the SD card, freeing up some of the phone's internal memory. This is generally considered a big plus by Android users browsing the Market and something worth implementing if it's not too much hassle.
So I looked into this, and it doesn't look like it's possible given how PodTrapper functions. Basically any time the SD card was turned to mass storage mode PodTrapper would immediately exit (without the ability to save the state) and the widget would be removed from your home screen. While I could do that and outline the issues with it, the size of PodTrapper (~400kb) means that it's not really worth it from a support perspective.

That's fair enough, thanks for the reply Mark. As you say, hardly a big file size anyway compared to maps etc, although for your records the settings on my Desire show PodTrapper as being 2.11mb in total of which the application is 1.17mb and the data, a variable beyond your control, at .94mb.
