User defined preference for audio output

I think it would be nice if the user could set the preference in which podtrapper would select the audio output under the auto setting. For example I would prefer that podtrapper would first use the aux out if plugged in, then bluetooth if paired, third speakerphone. This would be a nice option as different users probably have different preferences. I have noticed that when I unplug my aux out it switches to the built in speaker before bluetooth.

If I switch to targeting BB OS 4.3+ I can actually do this, but right now the only thing I can do is switch the audio output blindly. Hopefully enough users start to upgrade that I'll be able to switch targets soon...
