...would be nice if the audio stopped playing (a la the Blackberry Media Player) when you unplug the headset. Minor stuff!

I'd love this too, actually, but until I move to 4.3 there's no way for me to detect that it's happened

I'm monitoring the situation, and hopefully my 4.2 users will fall off over time and I'll be able to move away from supporting it. (Right now I don't have the resources to manage multiple versions).
