Ability to start and finish podcasts a customised time into

New postby desq on Thu Dec 24, 2009 3:18 am

A lot of podcasts always start and finish with an advert, theme music, terms and conditions or other content which is repeated in each episode. A good example is technology review episodes where sometimes 1 minute of a 3 minute podcast is taken up with material you don't really want to listen to. If you are listening while driving or other situation when you can't scroll forward it can be annoying.

It would be useful to have a feature which would allow you to automatically start each episode of a podcast a customised number of seconds after the beginning of the podcast and end it a customised number of seconds before the end to trim out unwanted material.

Please vote if you feel this would be useful to you as well...

Cheers
