"StandBy" (unsupported) wasn't much use on its own, so I went ahead and built out the infrastructure for 'Run on Event' and make 'Backlight on/off' the first event. So you should be able to assign 'Standby' to the 'Backlight off' event and get the equivalent of the Auto Standby app, but one that works on OS 5 (to my knowledge no one else has auto standby-like functionality on OS 5).
Give it a try and let me know. I also revamped the camera a bit, let me know if that's better for some users.

* Cleaned up the launcher reinstaller
* Added logging to launcher list for catching errors loading them
* Clean up camera code to exit more reliably
* Added some popup help text in random places
