Large new feature in this release.

I finally got per-download transport settings worked out, so now you can set different download settings per-podcast and it allows you to distinguish between feed updates and episode downloads. Also, if you're viewing the download queue, you can trigger a download to override the settings and download regardless of what your global or podcast settings are.

The queue behavior has changed as a result, so you may notice it resorting on its own. It should only do this when it detects that a download in the middle of the queue can be downloaded and the first one can't. When it detects that situation it'll resort the entire queue putting downloads that can be downloaded under the current coverage ahead of those that can't, otherwise the order should remain the same.

Fingers crossed that this work doesn't impact battery life. (Since now I have to check coverage status of *every* download, not just the first one, any time the queue or coverage changes). I optimized this to be as low-impact as possible, but let me know if you see a difference.

Lastly, I fixed some backup issues with the playlists and bookmarks, those should now survive a backup/restore like everything else now. This was also the cause of the OTA OS upgrades wiping PodTrapper's settings, so that should be fixed too. (Though restoring from SD card always worked, minus the bookmarks).

Grab it here:

Let me know how it goes.

You busy little beaver! I haven't really had much of a chance to test 2.5.7 yet. Ok I'll get it and try it out :D

And 2.5.9. Just posted 2.5.10 that *finally* fixes the Storm OS 5.0 bug. (Finally tracked it down to the media player not sending a 'SEEKABLE_UPDATE' on start, only on resume, which was triggering what should have been the initial seek on resume, bringing you back to the session start time.

Sweet! Seems to have fixed it. I be using PT all weekend. Thanks for keeping us the strong support for PT!
I still can't use the buffering option. Am I really missing anything?

Still getting the corrupt file error on playback. Sent you the logs. Let me know if there is anything more specific you want me to try.

No, it's only there to fix issues, so if you're not having problems without it, nothing to worry about.

Can you try disabling "Buffered Playback" on the playback settings screen?
