If you've entered items you no longer want to have show up in your drop downs you can purge them from HoneyDew completely.

To do this go to HoneyDew's settings screen and choose 'Purge old items'. This will show a pop up asking if you want to delete all currently unused items, or just some. Choose the option you wish to perform. If you choose from a list a new screen will appear letting you mark any unused categories and items for permanent deletion.

When finished selecting items open the menu and choose 'Purge Checked'.

You may need to exit HoneyDew for the drop downs to update (they only populate once per run for performance reasons).

This will need to be done separately on each phone.
