When does it sync?

HoneyDew always syncs when you start the app, and will sync periodically even when the app is not running based on the setting in HoneyDew's setting screen. Additionally, it will sync changes as you make them to your lists.

How does it sync?

To facilitate cross platform communication (BlackBerry, Android, iPhone and Web) HoneyDew uses a centralized database of your complete list on versatilemonkey.com.
