Bold 9700 Rebooting occasionally during playback

My Bold 9700 (v 5.0.0.344 (Platform 5.1.0.96)) occasionally reboots during PodTrapper (2.6.7) playback. I have Playback Settings/Buffer Playback set to No. I can't find a setting for 'O/S Managed'

Any advice?

Does this happen with specific podcasts? Can you describe what you see happening before it reboots?

It seems to happen on a variety of podcasts. It will be playing and just go silent and the screen goes black and reboots. Maybe once every 5 or 6 podcasts.

Hmm, are they audio or video ones? (This is likely going to be an OS issue, but if it's something we can duplicate I can file a bug with RIM on it).

This is with audio podcasts such as CDC radio, NPR, etc. It is hard to figure out because it just reboots, leaving no trace of what happened or why. My phone is going to be replaced (with the same model) for other reasons so I'll see if that makes a difference.

For what it's worth I have a 9700 as well and listen to a lot of NPR podcasts without issue, so here's hoping the new device helps...

Ditto, I do not have this problem with my Bold 9700 either.
