Android Backups

Is it possible to backup podtrapper's setting on my android phone?

I know that auto backups get generated, it would just be good to backup the app before I mess with my phone.

On BB you could exit to force a backup. Android has no "Exit" item, which I believe is intended. I would also like to know if you can force a backup on Android.

I'm having te same issue. Can't seem to force to make a good back-up. I have to keep using an old one and then it wants to download every episode since that backup which was in June. I haven't had a good one since then for some reason.

Did anyone come up with a solution for this? I'm having issues with my DroidX, and am on my second replacement. Each time, I have to restore a backup that is several days old, with no apparent way to make a fresh backup just before switching to the replacement phone. Any advice on this would be great.
