invalid reg code

I really need to get this registration code issue resolved. The code sent did not work. it comes up with an "invalid registration key, mistyped some characters? I tried typing and copy paste but the same message comes up. I also did a code look up, which provided me with a different code (I entered the paypal trans #). Same error message.

Please help. I am about to go on a long drive home tonight and my podcasts makes the trips much better. I need a quick resolution.
