Automatically Start App on BB Reset

It would be really cool to have a config setting to have the application automtically start on BB reset so that podcasts can continue to automatically update

This feature is in the settings but does not work. I'm running OS .86 just FYI. thoughts?

It actually doesn't work yet. It almost works, but is disabled, then I forgot about it
At any rate, I'm still working on it, so it will definitely work eventually.
